Capsule for summer – example from my closet

Enough of theory! This is real example of capsule wardrobe, as I use it for 2 weeks now.

Conclusions after 2 weeks? Indeed, it is easier and faster to decide what to wear. In fact, everything goes well with almost everything else. Unfortunately, the limited number of items has its drawbacks. One of clothes has been eliminated. My favorite white long sleeve shirt was stained to death by a sauerkraut salad and I am currently looking for a decent replacement.

The weather these two weeks was quite varied, there were days that were both very hot and quite cold, fortunately it did not rain.

Capsule wardrobe (example below) is working for me so far.
Here’s a quick photo-summary:

I used the following items: 3 pairs of trousers, including shorts (from total 4 pairs of trousers in the capsule), 2 long-sleeved shirts, 4 t-shirts and a shirt (there are a total of 14 „tops” in my capsule), 1 skirt (from 5 available), 3 dresses (also from 5), 5 pairs of shoes (from 9 to choose from).

As you can see, the marine style is great to wear. This is certainly due to the fact that it is very universal. I can wear these things for more or less demanding occasions. Plus, they come in neutral colors, so basically most other garments go well with them.
